Processing and transit
Our usual handling period is approximately 1–2 business days after acceptance. Transit is commonly estimated at 2–4 business days once shipped; these times are estimates rather than promises and may be affected by carriers, peak periods, weather, or local access.
Charges and delivery information
Checkout controls whether an order qualifies for free shipping. A complete and correct address, email address, and telephone number are required so that processing and carrier communication are not disrupted.
Tracking and delivery problems
Tracking updates are provided when available. For a delay, apparent loss, delivered-but-not-received scan, or damaged parcel, contact support promptly with the order number, tracking number, delivery address, and photographs of damage and packaging when relevant.
Order coverage and restrictions
An order can be shipped when its destination, items, and available carrier service are accepted during checkout. Delivery may be limited by product rules, location, law, or carrier coverage; questions should include the order number and the email used at checkout.
